Maria Systems is the trading name used by Maryam Bile Suleyam for the Maria brokerage workspace. Contact: contact@mariasystems.com. These terms describe the intended business service. Live paid access is not currently offered through this site.

Your account and authority

Maria is for business users authorized to act for their brokerage. Keep credentials secure, use required multi-factor authentication and grant team access only where appropriate. You must have authority to connect accounts, import records and communicate with the people whose information you supply.

Service and integrations

Available features depend on your package, provider permissions and successful activation checks. Provider authorization is not proof that an import, message or appointment completed. Third-party availability, eligibility and policies may change. Development previews and illustrative examples are not promises of live functionality.

AI and human decisions

AI can be inaccurate. Review the information and rules you provide. Discounts, financial advice, return guarantees, contracts, legal documents and other approval-dependent matters require human review. Maria does not guarantee leads, sales, investment returns or recovered revenue.

Acceptable use

Do not use Maria for unlawful messaging, harassment, deception, unauthorized data access or bypassing consent and opt-outs. You remain responsible for lawful contact permissions, property claims and your team's communications. Usage limits apply and cannot be bypassed by creating duplicate workspaces.

Fees and cancellation

Maria charges in USD. The setup fee and recurring subscription are separate, and the actual amounts and applicable taxes must be shown before payment. Checkout is not yet enabled on this website. Read the cancellation and refund policy before accepting a paid order.

Data and ownership

Your brokerage retains its rights in the data it supplies. You grant the permissions needed to operate the service and your selected integrations. Maria retains its software and service intellectual property. Data handling and requests are described in the Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions.

Suspension and service changes

We may restrict access to address security incidents, misuse, legal requirements or unpaid charges. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and how to resolve it. Changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated before they apply as required by the agreement and applicable law.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any final paid-service order must identify the seller, package, charges and applicable terms before acceptance.
